All sorts of delicious things!

Fresh herbs, game from our own hunt, and a 5-course menu that evolves with the seasons.
A true feast for the eyes and the palate!

Here at Eibl-Brunner, there’s no dish without a story. Chef Aftab Khan transforms what the Bavarian Forest, the meadows next door, and our local suppliers provide into dishes you’ll only find here. And because nature’s constantly changing, so does our menu.

“I cook what grows here. And what I love. It’s that simple and that honest.”
Aftab Khan, Head Chef

Seasonal by conviction

Fresh herb-based dishes in spring, light garden produce in summer, game and mushrooms in autumn, and hearty delicacies in winter that warm you from within. We don’t cook seasonally because it’s currently fashionable, but because it makes no sense to work against nature. Whatever is in season this week will be on the menu tomorrow – and next month, perhaps something completely different again. That’s exactly what makes every visit to us a little different.

Game from our own hunt

Hunting has been part of our family tradition for generations. With mindfulness and respect for what nature provides, we regularly bring game from our own hunt to your plate: prepared holistically, straight from the forest to your fork. Alongside this, you’ll find classics such as Grandma Brunner’s liver dumpling soup, and we’re always willing to think beyond the traditional: fine fish, international touches, and dishes that surprise without making you forget your roots.

For everyone who enjoys things differently

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free? For us, this isn’t a special request, but simply the norm. Vegan and vegetarian dishes don’t play a supporting role here. You must let us know before you arrive, and we’ll take care of the rest.

In the evening, all this comes together as a 5-course indulgence menu, where the atmosphere at the table grows quieter with every course. It’s not because nobody’s talking anymore, but because everyone’s raving about it. And, if you’re not ready to end the evening, you can finish it at the hotel bar with a glass of wine from our cellar or one of our signature cocktails, such as the Brunner’s or the Scheenen Leni.
