Gourmet board
The gourmet board begins at 1.30 p.m. on the day of arrival with an afternoon snack and ends at 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure with breakfast. Please note: the afternoon snack is a complimentary service; no credit can be issued for it.

Our prices are per person per day, inclusive local delights, and include accommodation with gourmet board and VAT. The price differences between the room categories are due to their size and facilities; all other services are always the same.

In the case of package deals, services not used will not be refunded. The current prices are valid until a new price list is published.

Room preferences: you can book a specific room category – unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. However, we will do our best to meet your requirements.

We only accept cancellations in writing. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The following cancellation fees apply.

• 14 to 8 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking price
• From 7 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking price
• From 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking price
• On the day of arrival: 90% of the total booking price

The DEHOGA regulations apply. Our tip: take out travel cancellation insurance, and you’ll be on the safe side.

For €8.00 per person per night, you can cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival in the event of serious illness, death of a close family member, or an accident. You can take out cancellation cover within 7 days after booking directly with us.

Important: written proof is required (e.g. a doctor’s certificate or a police report). For group bookings, the cancellation policy applies on a per-room basis for you and your immediate companion. The cancellation insurance does not apply from 26 December to 6 January.

Children are very welcome here. The following terms and conditions apply to an extra bed with two full-paying guests.

• 0-2 years old: free of charge
• 3-6 years old: €39.00 per child per night
• 7-11 years old: €65.00 per child per night
• 12-15 years old: €85.00 per child per night
• Up to 15 years old in their own room: 25% off
• From 16 years old: 100% of the rate of the stay
• 1 full-paying adult and 1 child: -25%

Day spa for children up to 15 years old: €60.00

Daily rate: €29.00 excluding meals.

Your four-legged friend (up to knee height) is welcome to come along on request in the following rooms: WALD Spa Studio, WALD Studio, WALD Lounge, WALD Spa Premium Suite, WALD Spa Deluxe Suite, Josefi Double Room (wooden floor), Stammhaus Double Room, and Stammhaus Single Room.

Please note that your dog is not allowed in the swimming area, on the sunbathing lawn, or in the restaurants.

Travelling on your own? All double rooms can be booked as single rooms on request and subject to availability for an additional charge of €19.00 per day.

With 2 full-paying guests, there is a 15% discount on the room rate for a 3rd person in an extra bed. For package deals, the discount is 10%.

Our Forest Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. – and by arrangement at other times, too. We recommend booking treatments before you arrive. You will receive your appointments when you check in at reception.

Our team will be happy to put together a personalised programme for you and advise you on choosing the right products. The earlier you book, the better we can cater to your wishes.

Please arrive at the Forest Spa reception a few minutes early, wearing your bathrobe. If you have any health conditions or are pregnant, please let us know in advance, as not all treatments are suitable in these cases. Then just grab a glass of water, settle in, and enjoy.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know at least 8 hours in advance. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we will charge 60% of the treatment fee; in the event of a no-show, we will charge the full fee. If you are late, we will have to cut your treatment short out of consideration for the other guests.
